Our Commitment to Our Service Guests

We will continue to offer you vehicle service. However, all interactions will be done through a no-contact method. Customers will be able to drop their vehicle off using our key drop box, or you can choose to schedule home pick-up and delivery if this is more convenient for you.

Online service scheduling will remain available for your convenience where you can specify which way you would like us to serve you.

Our iService technology will be used to provide a technician-created video, then offer you the ability to approve and decline work using text messaging. You’re able to pay for service work securely through your phone as well. Your vehicle will be sanitized, and you will be notified when it is ready for you to pick-up or to schedule time for us to deliver the vehicle to your home.

In the interest of our guests and associates, we have temporarily suspended our vehicle shuttle service until further notice. However, we are able to offer our guests the option of vehicle pick-up and drop-off. Additionally, our car wash is CLOSED until further notice. Please speak to your service advisor for more information.
